What We Do

Our Team works exclusively with Airbnb as our rental property platform. This model allows us to remain as affordable and competitive as possible, while still maximizing occupancy rates.   For our long term rental properties, we utilize Airbnb as well as multiple other popular platforms. Our property management services include: 

Guest management and assistance 24/7. Whether your guest needs assistance with directions or working the remote, we are available at all times during their stay to offer support.

Coordination of housekeeping and maintenance. Property cleaning, Snow removal, lawn care, etc.

Supply restock. Toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, coffee, and cooking essentials.

Property inspection after each reservation. In the event your property is damaged by a guest, we will coordinate reimbursement for all damages through Airbnb. Airbnb offers Host Protection insurance providing up to $1 million of coverage against third party claims of bodily injury or property damage. Obtaining additional rental coverage is highly recommended.

Airbnb listing creation and maintenance. Airbnb has quickly become one of the most popular short-term rental sites available. We work solely with Airbnb.

Staging assistance. We do expect our property owners to supply basic furnishings (beds, bedding, towels, etc.). However, we are willing to supplement your property with our own staging/decor at an additional cost. Guest feedback is of the upmost importance to our team. We use guest feedback to make any adjustments in order to maintain superior quality standards.

Marketing. Especially in the off season, we utilize multiple social media platforms to promote our properties.

Monthly Reporting. We provide our owners with monthly Airbnb reports displaying their gross earning.

Recommendations to increase occupancy rates. Through our experience, we have developed many tips and tricks to help increase occupancy rates. We continuously re-evaluate our properties to maximize their full booking potential.
